St. Leo Level I Atrium is available for children 3-6 years old. Sessions are on Sunday mornings from 10:30 AM until 12:15 PM. St. Leo Level II Atrium is available for children who are 7 years old or 8 year-old children who have not received the sacraments of Reconciliation and Eucharist. Faith Formation classes for Grades 3-6 meet each Sunday from 10:30 AM-12:15 PM.  Our catechists use Gospel Weeklies for 3rd grade to help the children understand the teachings of Jesus as presented in the Gospels each week. The Catechism of the Catholic Church is taught  using "What the Church Believes and Teaches", companion to the Gospel Weeklies series. Our 4th and 5th grade children will use Discover! Finding Faith in Life materials. Our 6th grade children delve into the Old Testament.
Our sacramental preparation program for Reconciliation and Eucharist is a two-year program, beginning in our Level I Atrium and continuing in the Level II Atrium.
Youth in grades 7-12 who are preparing for the sacrament of Confirmation meet every other week for sessions which will include Bible study, small group discussions, and other activities which help the youth understand more about the roots of our Catholic faith. The youth, together with their parents and catechists will work with the Director of Religious Education and Fr. Alfred to determine readiness for the Sacrament of Confirmation. Youth On Fire! sessions will be from 10:30 AM-12:15  PM every other Sunday.
